Korean Barbeque

3/4 lb. chicken, cooked and deboned
1 1/2 c sugar
1 3/4 c catsup
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 TB red pepper (optional-this makes it HOT!)
2-3 TB sesame seed oil
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook 3-4 hours on LOW.
Serve over Rice or you can serve with buns for a sandwich.
